I met Kim Guadalupe from Morgan Management, when I was shopping for another property management company, to relieve me of my then existing unscrupulous manager. No longer residing in the Washington state, but with my property situated there, I was extremely unhappy about this sticky situation, which was further complicated with the Covid pandemic and the general reluctance of the real estate management market to take on new challenging clients. Of the few companies, I interviewed, Kim impressed with her vast business acumen, extreme enthusiasm to right the issue and unparalleled transparency in communication. She has already proven that she can handle the Covid impacted work environment and any other crisis I could throw at her. I thank my lucky stars everyday to have gained her as my fiduciary agent.
