Our Mission & Story

Our founder, Kimberly Guadalupe, discovered her calling in property management after experiencing the sudden loss of her partner in her early twenties. Faced with unexpected challenges and responsibilities, she began helping with property tasks to make ends meet. What started as a necessity evolved into a passion for connecting with people, solving problems, and making sure others had safe, stable homes. Building Morgan Real Estate Management was a natural next step, a way to bring her “people first” approach to life for clients and tenants throughout the region.
